Very sweet, very House to tell her she's not going to get any special favours and yet do everything behind the scenes to make it easier for her. And very Cameron too, to be closed off about the circumstances of her pregnancy.

Also the nightmares were well done, at first it seemed like they were hers and then we find out that they're really his.

Good story, totally in character and believable.
