The Avengers

Was AWESOME!  Seriously!  Definitely worth the price of admission.  If I had been near an aisle, I would have been rolling in it from the laughter.

I want two things now.

A story where the Scoobies find out about another mysterious sink hole in the desert and discuss it and/or go investigate.  (Honestly, my thought when it happened was "Why does Joss like making big holes in the desert?")

And second, a story that follows the events of the movie, only with Clint/Darcy dating.  Because...  Wow, that would be an awesome story.

Either one of these might eat my brain until I write it.  Though, I would have to watch the movie much more often to make sure I get details right.  No hardship there.  (Like Cap's ass shot the first time we see him.  Man can wear khaki pants!)

Oh!  *coff*  BTW, my hubby loves me and let me take the older two boys to watch The Avengers as part of my Mother's Day.  He stayed home with #3.  He's awesome!

And, yes, awesome is my word of the day.

I'm going to add that there should be a scene where Thor accidentally hits his own self with his hammer and knocks all his clothing/armor off. and Lots more Tony/Bruce bromance.

This movie ATE MY BRAIN. I've been writing fic more or less non-stop for the past two weeks.

. .. I've read a lot of Darcy/Clint that was written pre-movie, don't know of any post-movie, yet? But I'm sure it will come about. Do you want the pre-movie stuff? I have links.

*blushes* Thank you! I should make a fic post; I've been neglecting LJ lately. But, I am feeling fannish again, so I think maybe I'll be around more.
