OMG I'm gonna die!!!

Anyone who has been unable to sleep lately has probably run across the infomercials for the Insanity workout.  60 minutes a day to a new you, with really in shape people testifying that they could not finish the first day, or even the first week, but that they stuck with it and lost a bazillion pounds.  $120, plus another $25 for shipping and handling.

No.  Just no.

No way can I spend 60 minutes a day working out unless I'm going to a gym and paying someone to watch my baby.  And I'm not paying $150 for workout videos.  Not happening.  I don't care about the results they promise.

Enter yesterday's Dr. Oz.  He had the guy on the show and has posted a 15 minute workout on his website.  For free.  Win.

So, I just did it.  Or, a modified version of it.  All that jumping around is not made for large chests.

And, yeah, I'm gonna die.  I feel pretty good, mind you, but I'm also still out of breath 15 minutes later.  I can't image doing it for 60 minutes!

*sigh*  We'll see how long I can stick with it.  It's only 15 minutes, including the warm up, and is actually kinda fun.  I can also feel the soreness already.  Because I am just that out of shape.
