I have a new laptop. 

*squee!*

OK, so it's not top of the line.  And maybe it's even not what I would have chosen if I had been the person who was doing the research.  But...  It's MINE ALL MINE!!!!

All because DH realized that we were going to spent at least a week with a single laptop between 4 computer users.  A laptop that runs very slowly and that does not have a working disk drive.  (He also suddenly realized that we have 2 weeks until we move.  He thought it was 3 weeks for some reason.  So he's fully in panic mode.)

So, I have an Asus with an Intel i5 chip, Windows 7, 320 GB hard drive, and 4 GB memory.  Having a number pad again is weird...

I mentioned MINE ALL MINE, right?

Also, I feel kinda guilty because in the past few months I've gotten a Kindle Fire, a new phone, and now a new laptop.
